Great customer service and beautiful selection. Give yourself some time to peruse because the inventory is huge and they have a very wide range of styles! They have some things in stock and others need to be ordered. Tip: bring in the hardware you want to replace. If you are doing doors take measurements! I'd say call ahead so the staff have what they need to best assist without you having to do multiple trips!nnUpdate: I finally got to my project and wanted to update my review. The hardware I got at Mack looks and feels amazing! The photo doesn't do it justice.
Mack Designer Hardware has a beautiful showroom with the latest samples from every major door and cabinet hardware manufacturer. Ken the master locksmith turned retailer helped me out with expert advise on all our interior and exterior door hardware needs for our new house. Their pricing was competitive with the online offerings. All and all a great customer service and showroom buying experience.
