Cape View Elementary is a stellar school in a small beach side community. The staff and teachers are very friendly and show a genuine concern towards the children and their accomplishments. Coming from Orlando, this is major! The teacher student ratio is great which allows a more personal approach to education. As a parent of 2 children at this school, I see the dedication staff has to the children and I am so thankful for that! Keep up the great work, Cape View ~ you guys are awesome!!!

My daughter goes there. She loves it! She has learned a lot! Her teachers have been great every year so far! Principal & vice principal are very friendly! Only complaint I have is you cannot record your kids performances because they say not every kid has filled out the -allow to film- paperwork. & unfortunately that's every class/ grade that I've heard of there. Other parents of other schools do not have this issue whatsoever. Otherwise it's a great school! Really like the guidance counselor & therapists as well!

Ms. Kris's VPK did a great job for a public school with my son. The environment was very nurturing, caring and academically appropriate. Thank you!

I went here from K-4 myself & it was a great school back then, & also my daughter attended the Pre-K program there & she absolutely LOVED it! However, I am taking off a star simply because I discovered private schools after that & have to say there are many more options going private over public! If money is an issue though (you can get financial aid, FYI) or you live close or just prefer public school, things are run well here & your child will have fun learning! Have to say though, my backyard is this school's front yard & I do get miffed occasionally early morning on wkends when fire alarm accidentally goes off & stays on for up to an hour or slightly longer, but that's not anything to do w/the school program itself & how good a school you may find it to be; Just wouldn't recommend living near it, as we also frequently end up w/candy wrappers or contents of lunch boxes in our side yard as kiddies walk home from school & use it as a trash receptacle! Bad kiddies!! Lol

I used to have to take my grandson to school and one morning I noticed this roar so I went to see and there it was as pretty as in most pictures the Ocean and she was crashing
