Bowie Septic Tank Cleaning

I called David ( the new owner) on 3/4/21 with general inquires and he took the time to answer everything not even knowing if I would request his service. Very professional, not pushy, not sale oriented, or even short with me ( and I had a lot of questions). He arrived early and was quick to locate our tank. After he cleaned the tank, I had more questions regarding preventive maintenance moving forward. David stopped what he was doing and focused on my questions, and gave me suggestions. Absolutely appreciate the customer service, professional demeanor, and overall job well done. I recommend David's Septic (formally Bowie) to anyone who needs septic service.

I called on a Sunday night & the owner David answered the phone and set up an appointment for the very next day. He not only gave us an upfront estimate (which turned out to be even less than quoted after he did the job), but gave us honest advise on what we needed to plan for in the future regarding our system. Highly recommend.

This is the worst company I have ever tried to use. They will not answer the phone and we have been waiting on them to show up to a job for over a week now and they will not show up or even call or text me and let me know that they are not even coming out. I would not waste my money or time on this company.
