I originally called them to install an instant hot water circulator on my hot water heater. Unfortunately, the location of my tank did not leave enough clearance to accommodate this part. However, Anthony did replace two shower heads for me and I was extremely happy with his work. Will definitely call on Classic Plumbing again!
I am satisfied overall with the experience. My water heater was over heating the water and shutting off. I called and they came out the next day. There was a quick diagnosis for a bad thermostat and a recommendation to replace the shut off valve. I accepted the recommendation. Diagnosis and repair took an hour to an hour and a half. Anthony and Daniel were professional and knowledgeable and did a great job! My only concern was the pricing. The total for the work was $563 with a $70 discount. I feel like it was to much for the amount of time spent on the repair and cost of parts. Alot of the time was spent waiting on water to heat up.
