I went in for a routine oil change. When I picked up my car, I noticed the oil light hadn’t been reset. I thought that was odd as everyone that changes my oil usually resets the oil light. I thought, maybe I should check my oil to make sure it had been changed.... However, there was a new sticker on my windshield telling me when to have my oil changed again, so I figured perhaps they had just forgotten to reset the light. A few weeks later, my car sounded like a Diesel engine. When it idled, it sounded like a tractor. I checked my oil and there was none. Absolutely none. I thought maybe it had a leak??!! I got a 5 quart bottle and it took 4 quarts. I checked the oil the next morning. Still there. Checked the next day. Still there. Checked every other day. Same amount of oil was still there each time. No puddles under my car, ever. It’s been a few weeks now and it still has the same amount of oil. These guys charged me $70 some dollars to empty the oil from my car and not put any back in. I’m extremely fortunate that my car’s engine didn’t lock up. I contacted the company and was told they recently changed management. I was told I would receive a phone call back regarding the matter. I never heard from anyone. If you choose to go here for an oil change, please be sure to check that they put oil back in your car.

Took a work vehicle there for an inspection. When I pulled up and asked for an inspection, the tech seemed mad. I offered to drive my vehicle into the shop and he said no. Then he got in my vehicle and slammed the door. It's just a work truck. You can't really hurt it. Just don't throw a fit because it's the end of the month and people need inspections done. But wait, it gets better. I go into the waiting room and there's another tech...... Sleeping. Sleeping in the waiting room. I've been to almost all of the lube centers in Roanoke at least once. Every time the staff has been friendly and willing to work. I would go to any of the other lube centers again. However I will not be going to this lube center again. And I will not recommend it to anyone. I wondered why the place was empty when I showed up. I know now.
