Fitted a new pump to our septic system less than two years ago, came out to service it May 19th last year, but it was a younger member of his team. Today he came out due to the system alarming, when he opened the control box he saw the pump was on run and not on auto. Blamed us for switching it and breaking the pump, we know we haven’t been in there so it was either him when he installed it or his helper when he inspected it.n$800, will not be using again.

With the house that I bought I trusted the septic system had been serviced and was running fine. A year later we realized the alarm was on, but not audible. We called Cubbage Septic, they came out the very next day, and performed extensive work on my system. He then spent considerable time on the phone not just explaining what was wrong with the septic system, but explained preventative measures, and then spent time talking about our water system and how we can help that system as well. He is knowledgable, professional, thorough, very prompt, and fair. I highly recommend this service.

The electric blower motor for my aerobic septic system suddenly began to make a lot more noise and I was concerned that it would soon fail. I called Cubbage on Monday morning and left a voice mail. They got back to me late that morning and scheduled the service call for Tuesday afternoon. Early Tuesday afternoon, they updated me via text to let me know when to expect them. They arrived on time, confirmed the bearings were about to wear out, and replaced the motor. They also completed a required inspection of my septic system. I highly recommend them.

We were having some major issues & Harrison Cubbage proved his 5 star rating once again. The service response time was fantastic and the help he provided us was unmatched by anyone else! If I could rate this company 10/10 I would but 5 stars will have to do, I highly recommend anyone with septic issues call this company as they will take care of you!
