The worst service EVER!!!! Mallory who works their office and arranges their services calls is the WORST human being ever. Completely unprofessional in every aspect. Their technician was pleasant when he came out to our house and gave us an estimate, said he would order the parts and get back to us. We never heard from him again. Called more times then I can count. Never returned our calls. Finally a year later I tried calling again after a couple months break of trying daily and Mallory acts like they have never come to our house before when I tell her the issue and that we would still like them replaced. Finally after 10 minutes says, oh I see you here and the amount would be 400 more then what we were quoted in person and would require 5 more parts then originally given on our estimate sheet. This doesn’t include the new 100 dollar estimate fee they would have to charge us again because it has been so long?!?!! Seriously. So I agree, we need the oven fixed and they are literally the ONLY company in the area that services Samsung ovens. We agree on the date(3 weeks from that day). I call the day before the appointment and yet again Mallory claims she has NO IDEA who we are, has never spoken to me before and they have never been to our house. Another 5 minutes later “if I see here, Samsung canceled the service request on August 5,” no!! That’s the day I spoke with you and set it up!!! I call Samsung and they tell me that Mallory called them and canceled the appointment herself...... disgrace of a company. She is lucky she doesn’t work for many company. She would be fired with the worst recommendation that anyone ever received.

I have a ongoing problem with a washer for a month now. This particular washer has been unable to complete a cycle. I have had 2 different technicians come out on 3 different occasions. One of the technicians was nice the other was completely rude. The rude technician i have asked not to come back to my house but they still continue to send him anyways. This particular technician has not even taken the time to look at our washer but proceeds to explain how to do laundry and load a washer properly as if we are 6 years old. (We are 30 with children.) Upon calling the manger to put in a complaint to not have the same technician out, it was agreed and a different one came out, the second technician was helpful and ordered some parts, the third technician came out to install the parts and happened to be the technician we asked not to come back. During his visit he expressed how much he hated our brand of washer, said he would install the parts and it probably wont fix our washer then after installing them asked my wife if someone has taught her to do laundry properly and then asked her to explain it to him. After he left we called the manager/owner to put in a complaint and the manager/owner expressed that she would not service us again. In short term If you want to be taught how to do laundry please call this company, If you need a repair find someone else,

I have had an ongoing problem with a top of the line whirlpool washer. Quality has been out twice and failed to show the 3rd time. They were unable to repair my machine and did not call me to say they were not coming the last time. I have taken countless hours off to meet technicians. I have found the technicians to be below average and the company to provide poor customer service. I would not recommend Quality Appliance to anyone!

Techinician was very persistant with fixing my disher water. I have not had a problem with it since. Tech was on time and very polite :-) continue to recommend to anyone
