Great store great staff. Lots of demand by troops and they do a great job supplying the shelves but run out quick on weekends. I suggest going during the week and maybe even finding out when they get there truck in for best chance of getting sought-after items!

**NO STARS** The online ordering system and its supporting customer service was extremely poor!!! I have always ordered online and never had to pay (again) when I’m going to pick up in person. Their online system doesn’t communicate with the actual customer service personnel. I had ordered a gift online for my boyfriend, which was also to be picked up by him as well. I received a confirmation email stating that the item is “ready for pick up” and it has been paid for. With that email, I had double checked my bank to see if it has been deducted and it was.nThen I had informed my boyfriend to pick up his gift because we are at two absolute different duty stations. He ended up having to pay the complete price because their system is SLOW! As a paying, I DO NOT RECOMMEND UTILIZING THEIR ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM! Overall, they’re customer service representative DID NOT attempt to look further into the situation because they did not know what they were doing. I did receive a REFUND for my payment because IT WAS INITIALLY CHARGED.

It's smaller than some of the Exchanges that I've been to, but it has most of the essentials that we need to pick up. The store is clean and the staff are friendly for the most part, with the exception of an individual who had an issue with me wanting to look at a piece of Swarovski crystal who was exceptionally rude. I decided to not purchase crystal from here again because of the treatment, but they have the typical array of items to purchase. Just be aware that it is a training post and they allow the trainees to bring family members during family days and graduation so it tends to be overwhelmingly crowded. Those days are the worst for a person with PTSD.
