Horrible just horrible... been calling and leaving voice mails to ms. Crenshaw for 3 weeks now and still haven’t gotten a response I even try to get in contact with other people her such as ms flowers because I can’t reach ms Crenshaw and that was an epic fail as well
This place never returns your calls. I will remove this once I get a response. Ive left a voice-mail with Linda Banks Reefes with no response, Ms. Flowers with no response and now with another worker with no response. I wonder what they are getting paid to do because there is never anyone there. Front desk tried to tell me that Commonwealth of Virgina never released my application which is a lie because they gave ne a case workers name a reference number and a application number. Will be filing a complaint if no response in 24hrs
Linda got right on my case and was able to help it was definitely not expected but very much appreciated!
Can never get a call back
Horrible, I could never get in touch with my case worker. I left many voicemails and even went in to the location to see about my case. This building should get negative 5 stars. The front desk lady has a disgusting attitude.
