I'll be more than happy to leave a review . So mrs Lisa Cummings has been great to me . We had turned in a 30 day notice and moved to a new location. When we moved we realized the dump of a place we moved to . So I contacted her to move back . She pulled strings and got us our same place back . Any issues I have, had has been handled immediately. No complaints from us . We're very happy since they took over managing our rental units . The chaos we had before woltz took over was unreal . So I would recommend them any day .

I don't know anyone that would make a single mother of 3 move out prior to 3 days before closing on a her very first home but then keep all of her rental deposit???? Your office Manager did just that. This was nothing less that dishonesty. The walk-through of the new tenant never happened which was the excuse of the immediate departure of the single mom and her children. When we asked for a 3 day extension we were told that you could not jeopardize losing a yrs lease with a new tenant. The apartment was left clean but the office mgr claimed due to the few nail holes and the carpet needing cleaned that this would exhaust the entire $700 deposit and nothing would be returned to the mother. If the single mother would have had been given more time all could have been completed in the apartment but that was not the case. The family had to take a day off, pack up her and the children's belongings to keep in a U-Haul until the closing of her home. (Another $274 expense). All we asked for was a 3 day extension due to the delayed closing of her 1st home, there was no other extension given (in which the office Mgr agreed), rent was paid on time and above all no empathy or mutual care was shared from your agency. I would not recommend you or your agency to anyone in this community. A good rating should only be given if a person shows mutual care to their community along with customer service. Where did you and your rental office fail?

Auction on 3/29/19; That was the most unorganized auction that I have been to. I go to auctions all the time. Sale started late, registration line was a mile long, we traveled up and down the hill several times going from one end of sale to another, the speakers were terrible..you could not hear. The items were nice but the whole sale operation was poor.
