SERVPRO of Montgomery & Pulaski Counties were our first call when the water cooler leaked on the carpeting, and OF COURSE it was over the weekend. Their team arrived very quickly, removed the water from the carpet, brought in fans to dry the area, checked for mold. I found them to be very attentive to our needs in preparation for a board meeting.
After my father passed, we had an issue selling his house due to cigarette smoke. Servpro deodorized it and within 2 weeks, a previous person that liked the house but not the smell bought it.
They were here within 2 hours of us calling after we had our septic system back up into our basement.nnFrom start to finish, they were compassionate, responsive, and professional. They did all of the clean up and remediation and followed it through until it was handed over to a construction/remodeling company. Despite many complications due to our house being older, they worked with our insurance company and made it all easy for us.nnWe couldn’t recommend them more. They were excellent!
