So I no longer live in bluefield. And I’ve tried calling up there several times to get a phone number to find out information about my cousin. And the rude idiotic insensitive woman on the phone keeps hanging up in my face. Now I understand they are busy. But to hang up in someone’s face is very disrespectful and unethical. I will be contacting management because this is nonsense for somebody to be hanging up the phone in somebody’s face just to get information. This small town needs to learn about respect and how to talk to one another rather than doing the people of Bluefield it dirty. It’s a shame that the town of bluefield has these types of people to represent them
