Usually I have a good experience here but today I left disappointed. I found a yummy smelling candle but there wasn't a Burke's sales sticker anywhere on it. I picked up another candle but it was missing the price as well. I took it to the cashier thinking she could ring up the price but she couldn't find it. Asked me if I looked at another candle for the price... Of course I did and nothing. Was asked to get a similar candle so she could ring up the price. All four candles on the shelf weren't priced so I left but as I was leaving she said have a nice day lol Just wow! Completely uninterested in helping me get that candle lol I would have bought all four too. From the looks of the store they could have used a sale. Alot of empty space and I'm not sure what the employees are doing but they definitely missed tagging those four candles. Inlove Burke's would hate to see them close but if this is the service I'm to expect I'll go to Bristol instead.
