Several years ago, KJ Plumbing & Heating installed a Rinnai tankless hot water heater in my basement, to replace a 40-gal water heater that was on its last legs. I received estimates for the work from several area plumbing businesses. A friend of mine had the same Rinnai unit installed in his home, so I had an idea of what the cost should be, and KJ's price was very reasonable compared to some ridiculously high quotes I had received to install the very same model tankless unit. Since the existing water tank was in the center of my basement, and the tankless water heater needs to vent through an outside wall, they had to reroute the main water line. On the day of the install, the 2 guys from KJ arrived on time and did a nice job with the removal of the old tank and installation of the new one. I had marked the wall where I wanted the new tankless unit installed. Because of a metal cabinet installed on the wall, the space was tight, but they were able to install the new tankless unit. Everything looks very neat and I have had no problems with the Rinnai tankless hot water heater installed by KJ. I will definitely use them again for plumbing projects, and I highly recommend them to others.
