This is without doubt the absolute worst car wash station I ever used ud83dude02 I went through the touch less wash and paid $13 for their “super” package and my car isn’t even clean.. there’s still dust and dirt everywhere. Surely I didn’t want me 2020 Camry XSE to be clean :)
Came to clean my van. I was gonna wash but I decided to clean out the inside 1st. Got dang machine took my money. Vacuum did not work. Bad business
Went to the Madison Heights wash on May 30, 2020. Paid for wash, automated voice said ready to enter. Entered the bay and nothing. Tried 3 times and bay still malfunctioned. Moved to other bay, paid again and car was washed. Called phone # listed, voice mail for Rex and left message. Over next 4 days called 3 more times, left messages. Called main office & spoke with Carol. Told her what happened & she transferred me to Rex and guess what, voice mail. Still no call and it's been 5 days. Poor customer service if you expect me to return. Oh, I also disputed the charge for the bay that malfunctioned.
Went through the automatic touchless wash, and my car looks almost no different compared to when I went in. The sides are covered with a film of dirt, tires still dirty, I’ve seen a good rainstorm clean my car better. Looks like they are in dire need of a new automatic machine.
