We worked with Matt in 2019 to sell our home in Doylestown. It was a great experience. We started working with him about a month before we decided to put the house on the market. Matt drew up a timeline and strategy for the listing, and helped us stage the house and make very minor changes (like swapping our heavy curtains with light ones) that made a huge difference in the feel of the room. He also made a great video walk through of our home that captured it perfectly. When we hit the market we received quite a bit of interest and were under contract quickly. Matt did everything needed for a very smooth closing, and we didn't even need to attend it!

An amazing realtor, Matt Kapusta sold our house in 5 days and got us top price. He was responsive to all our concerns and needs. He gave great advice when working out details and made the entire process stress free. He was always calm and levelheaded during a normally stressful time. On top of dealing with the normal issues of selling a home, he dealt with the additional requirements of the pandemic.nWe will use him every time in the future!
