Look ud83dudc4f no ud83dudc4f further! The Kim Rock Group was exceptional. Patient, caring, and available. Most importantly they never made us feel like a bother. It’s truly a roller coaster of a process to sell and buy a house. Receiving an offer on your home is just the start of a crazy ride full of exhilarating climbs, unexpected drops, and twist and turns until the very end. Kim and Monica made it all feel routine. As first time buyers, we needed all the help we could get. Kim was wonderful and connected me to Joanne, who is on her team. Joanne is PERFECT for first time home buyers. She LOVES to teach! She walked us through everything, every step of the way. She was also super flexible and lined up a showing (within hours) for a house that had just appeared on market. We looked for the right house for over while trying to get our old house ready to sell. Kim helped us every step of the way, her advice and insight were crucial in helping us finding our perfect house. She also helped us get our house sold within 48 hours on the market and it was such an easy transaction all around. The Kim Rock Group team all around was so professional to work with and made a stressful time of buying and selling as easy as possible. Couldn't recommend enough.
