McDonald crew came to my house to install an AC system. I was very impressed on how neat , organized, professional, quick, skillful and polite they were. Needless to say that they did an excellent job. Also the price or cost of the job was priced very well. I will recommend them to anyone. I will give them an A+ for a job well done, an A+ on ethics, an A+ on courtesy, an A+ on everything. I am very, very happy all around. Guys, thank you very much. It was a pleasure to do business with you.

This is a first-rate operation. They did a thorough assessment of our AC situation and presented very detailed options. On install day they sent a big crew (at least four people) who got the job done fast. The new system is working well and they did follow-up to make sure we were satisfied. I'm glad I did a full Google search and read lots of reviews before we chose McDonald-- it was worth finding the go-to people for AC.

My first time using McDonald - Technician Justin was here on time. He serviced my unit, explained what the issues were and cleared them. Explained what he did, what else could be done at a later date and gave me an honest assessment of my 27 year old boiler. He explained the maintenance plan in detail and explained all of the billing. I was very pleased with everything.

Great experience overall. Chris definitely has a no-pressure approach and was helpful and patient quoting multiple options, including for the ductless units we ultimately decided to install. The installation was professional, efficient, done the way we wanted and everything was cleaned up before they left.

McDonald converted my oil burning, 25 year old boiler that was leaking water all over the floor.nnGreat experience from the start with Chris C giving us a comprehensive proposal with several options to choose from. Thanks to his expertise, we were able to select the best option with ease. Chris was also vital in getting us through the Mass Save process.nnInstallation was exceptional. Colin, Aaron and Mike were polite and professional. They cared about the project, quality and the occupants (including 2 cats and 3 dogs).nnI manage large scale commercial projects in Boston and the McDonald team members are Top Notch. I would definitely recommend them in the future. Great job and many thanks to everyone!
