I submitted an online question and received a call immediately to schedule an appointment. I received confirmation the morning of and the tech arrived timely. Shawn was great. Explained everything well, took his time and made sure it was done right and even talked through future recommendations with me. Very personable and pressure free. Great experience compared to a prior company I was using. Will use Gervais again for sure.
Gervais Mechanical, who I had not used before, came out within 3 hours of my call when my furnace stopped working. It was early March, very cold and windy. The technician was polite, knowledgeable, explained to me what he was doing and finished within the hour. The charge was very reasonable. I recommend Gervais based on this experience.
Hired them to replace two house HVAC systems a few years back and they did a great job at a very fair price. Finally needed some plumbing work I was hesitant to do on my own on old pipes. I was scheduled quickly and had the repair done quickly. Highly recommend.
Repair team showed up on time with proper mask protocols. I hope I am remembering the lead technician as Mike along with an apprentice. I had a power issue at my tankless gas water heater that was quickly diagnosed and repaired. Since the team had traveled to my home I decided to flush the system which they completed quickly. Also answered my question about the system’s capability to have ready hot water with no delay. Technician told me about a solution and it is something I will consider and will choose Gervais and this technician if available.
Incredible service! The team was timely, professional, and accommodating. Never thought we could get it done this fast but Gervais listened to us and worked hard to get it installed before spring. So happy with our new system!!
