Chase was on time, professional, very competent, friendly, communicative and efficient. This is the third time we have used Quail services for heating system and hot water heater maintenance and repair and they just keep getting better. This company does it right, with good value, excellent customer service and great communication. I recommend them very highly, you won't be disappointed.

Angel was excellent! Very knowledgeable and professional. Wore a mask and walked me through what he was doing so i could understand the complex steps involved. Definitely a great company! Called them on a Sunday and was shocked that someone called me right back! They were over for the maintenance on a Tuesday. I have been their customer for many years and wouldn't have anyone else touch my mechanical systems!nKeep up the excellent work.nNiki

We just had Dave come! Very friendly and easy to work with! He came at a time when as seniors we were getting a bit cold! Finally part came in and thanks to Dave we are happy campers ud83dude0a once again! We even rewarded him with freshly baked brownies for the road! Good job Dave!

I recently needed my furnace cleaned immediately. I called a couple of places to see how soon they could service our boiler. One company told me that they could book me for November another not until March 2021. I had people with no heat and hot water so those were not options. I reached out on social media and a few people suggested Quail Services. I gave them a call. The girl I spoke with was so pleasant and helpful as I explained my situation. She assured me that she would re-arrange the schedule to help us out. A couple of hours later I received a call back and an appointment for the next day.nThey went above and beyond for me and I had never done any prior business with them. Needless to say, I am happy that I made the call to Quail and they will have our business going forward. The tech was very nice and professional as he explained the issues once he accessed the situation and I received another call from him after the service call was finished. I would highly recommend Quail Services for all of your heating or plumbing needs.

Excellent customer service! Really go out of there way for customers. Angel, is a highly educated technician that goes a step above to educate us as the homeowners in the systems we have and how to keep them up so we get longevity out of them. He even took time to point out some other things that would be more efficient with some simple fixes. Highly recommend!!
