This location, in Auburn, MA is exceptional! I called and asked to order a dozen deserts - they made them fresh for me (pregnancy craving) and didn't disappoint me when I arrived to pick them up a couple hours later! Happy girl for many days :) The evening crew (both Saturday and Sunday) were superb. We had huge group orders both nights. There were different employees each time, but both were fast, considerate, give you exactly what you order, extremely friendly and made sure you're happy with your order. They also let you know about the specials that save you money. Thanks night team, you guy's are the best! Made a daunting situation better.

Classic Roast Beef sandwich is great. They've gotten expensive, but still worth it.

I normally give good reviews but the food isn't worth the price. Can make a better sandwich at home and not get the attitude that I received there! Very rude. My family and I will not go back to this Arby's location.

Had 2 for 6 deal on roast beef sandwich, minimal roast beef and tons of bread, took a bite and they had put some sweet sauce on it which completely ruined the sandwich. Other than that it was wonderful ud83dude1cud83dude1c

For a fast food restaurant they have great customer service. I had to pull up and wait for my food for like 2 minutes , when they brought my food they apologized for the wait and gave two free coupons for meals. McDonald’s would never . Also fries are always fresh .
