What an amazing group of professionals came to the rescue when we had burst pipes due to cold weather. The minute I placed the phone call and spoke with Browne, I knew I was in good hands. Nigel, Browne, Duke and Mark were the team members who came to save the day. Their professionalism, punctuality and responsiveness were truly impressive. They clearly know their business. My water damage didn't seem extensive at the first glance, but thankfully they knew where to look for invisible damage. They had to return a few times to adjust their equipment, do a clean up and repair the damage. Every time they told me in advance when they are coming and showed up on time. Duke and Mark were the guys doing the job and they were both so polite, friendly and put my mind at easy with what was going on with damage and repairs. They left my home clean and everything was back to normal within a couple of weeks. Great job guys, thank you so much and please stay safe out there while taking care of other people with such enthusiasm and dedication.
My family is VERY happy with the job PurcoClean did at our house, especially their foreman, Duke, and his co-worker, Mark. Our second-floor shower had leaks in the waterproofing assembly, that was dripping down into our kitchen below. They found the sources and removed all the damaged materials in the process, including items with mold. They were punctual and EXTREMELY neat and conscientious throughout the whole process; and they kept us informed every step of the way, so we knew the cause and extent of the damage. It is always appreciated when contractors work in the home and at the end of the day there is ZERO dust or debris left behind. We would highly recommend this company and cannot thank this particular crew enough for such a quality and professional job. Thank you!
Gentleman Gage Laythe came in my home informed what he needs to do, and what should be treated for the mold. He did his job and cleaned up all debris from the wall of mold afterwards, Very Respectful. A job well done!
Nigel, Duke & his team are excellent. They came within 24 hours after a large pine tree hit my house and ripped into the roof and my son's room. It was like a miniature army of helpers. Nigel and his team arrived very quickly on a Sunday afternoon when our septic backed up into our basement due to a clog in the line. They were responsive, very professional and got it done in a timely manner. Working with PuroClean was not something I want to have to do again due to the circumstances, HOWEVER, so pleased with their ability to help us understand the process clearly, they dealt with our insurance and got it cleaned up efficiently.
