ListWell represents buyers and sellers on a fixed price model, so you pay a $4,000 flat rate to buy or sell a home, not a ghastly 2 or 2.5% of the sale price. What did that mean for us as buyers? The stated commission on our purchase was 2.5% and was to net $14,125 to the buyer's agent. Jim collected his $4,000 commission, and $10,125 was credited to us at closing! Yup, you read that correctly.nnThe best part? Jim is a great realtor, really cares about his customers, and is a consummate professional.nnJim represented my wife and I on our recent home purchase, and the process lasted seven months, from when we first started looking at homes, until we closed on our purchase.
