Dan worked hard to ensure that all details were covered when posting the ad for tenants. He was very attuned to the market and consulted with me on making strategic marketing decisions regarding how to attract the most amount of qualified tenants possible.nnHe did all the necessary steps including checking references, credit history and verifying income. He also coordinated the signing of all required forms electronically which was very convenient. In the end, I ended up with very good tenants. I will definitely use his services again.

I hired Daniel back in 2017 to help my fiance and I buy our first home together. Unlike other agents, he wasn't pushy. He knew the areas we were scouting very well and could tell he was very seasoned in the industry. I will definitely use him again if we choose to sell in the future.

I have worked with Dan on locating tenants for years, for a rental property I had in Lynn, MA. He was great at finding the tenants and was very organized. He always took care of all the showings and made sure everything was well thought out. I recently worked with Dan on the sale of the same property.
