Cristina considered all aspects of our family’s wishes for a new home: house details (number of rooms, size, fence, garage size), location to work and school, community, property taxes, etc. when helping us look for our new home. She was quick to respond, eager to send us new options that hit the market, and willing to work with our crazy schedule. Not only is she an excellent realtor, but she is a kind and caring person. Couldn’t recommend her more!!

We’ve purchased two homes and sold one with Tim and Nick and wouldn’t work with anyone else in the Cincinnati area. These two are absolutely great to work with!! Both are extremely knowledgeable about the local market and have great guidance on making/accepting offers. Very professional, but also so fun to be around! Highly recommend The Baute Roberts Group!!

Tim was extremely helpful with my house search in Cincinnati. My wife and I were new to the city and had little idea of the area we wanted to focus and also if we wanted a condo or a town house or a single family home. Tim was very patient and helpful as we figured out the city and narrowed down our search criteria. He was always on time and made himself available based on my work and travel schedule. I must have seen over 40-50 homes and took almost a year before I found a house I really liked but Tim never tried to push me to make an offer and always tried his best to keep my interest at the center. I would definitely work with Tim again for my next house and would highly recommend hiring him for your house search.
