When we go to see houses, she always print details about the house(s) we are looking at, etc.nn4) Experience: Since this was our first house, we were not aware of many issues during the house buying process, Tricia also helped us to explain different steps during the buying process.nn5) She didn't push us to close on any deal quickly...We were just enjoying our time :)

Oh my gosh, we met Tricia durning football season watching our boys durning Friday Night Lights. We knew she was a realtor from casual conversation, the opportunity arose for us to finally be able to purchase our very 1st home. We reached out to Tricia with an immediate response. She worked with us over serval months sending us properties we might be interested in, and worked around our crazy schedule each week while finding our 1st home. She is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions , which were a lot with us being 1st timers. She made us comfortable every time we went out. She became an amazing friend getting to spend so much time together over the months while we were extremely choosy (being our first time we had lots of ideas). We could not ask for more from a realtor.nnAfter our almost first 2 years in our new house my husband was promoted and we had to move from our beautiful home we had created. Our first call was to Tricia. What are we going to do with our home. We hadn’t been there long enough to sell it , but did we want to be landlords, plus we really still love the house! She gave us all our options, helped us get our house ready to show (major details on what to do for showings) and got us our asking price within a very reasonable amount of time.
