After our fire, they had the clothes we needed washed and returned to us on an emergency basis which was extremely helpful and we are very thankful for. They cleaned all of our contents and our entire house and it smells better than we could've imagined. The workers were clean and professional and we are thankful to have had them.

Original restoration came out to my place when my dishwasher drain broke. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with the insurance process. They were very thoughtful in arranging their equipment and scheduling to make things as convenient as possible for us. Their contracting team did and excellent job with our cabinets and flooring and we will use them for upcoming projects.

We’re very pleased with the work done to our home by Original Restoration. The team had outstanding communication and attentiveness especially as we added a number of things along the way (thanks Trent)! Their crew was amazing, especially Trent and Josh. Josh always showed up early and was the last one out, consistently. Everything moved along efficiently and accurately. I went through my insurance company for this contractor and while in the end I was glad it was done I wasn't very pleased about everything. When they put my ceiling fan back in they didn't check that it was done right and it nearly falls out when you turn it on. The fan in the bathroom light doesn't work anymore. I was so sick of asking them to come back to fix things that I just gave up and decided I'd fix it on my own dime down the road when I could afford it. I just wanted to be over with working with them.nnOtherwise the work itself is mostly the fine, the floors, walls and ceilings look good. Though the floor in my office was all scratched up by the time they were done. I didn't have much of a choice who to pick and if these things in the end could have been fixed I would have been happy but I couldn't fight it anymore.

I feel I have to share my great experience with Original Restoration, Trent and Josh met immediately with my insurance Co. at my house to see the damage. It was agreed they were going to do the work and they started immediately. It was a very neat job done beautifly. I had water damage upstairs which ruined popcorn ceilings downstairs. I am very happy with the work they did and would recommend them without hesitation.
