Beware of the pricing. Good: appointment was quick and the receptionist was very nice. Bad: Scott spent roughly under an hour and added $234 for his time when it was told $89 for the first hour to come. Also charged $277 for 4 lbs of Freon. The cost of Freon even retail was $32/lb and he charged 90+. which is insane. I am not 100% positive that it was R22 as the cylinder had different label which is my mistake I should have asked and verified. Bottom line - Be careful of the hidden costs, I am not going to get poor and they won't be rich charging extra but of course I am not getting more work done which I almost planned to get a new System installed. Moral of the story - being honest goes a long way. good luck
