Had urgent alterations and cleaning. They were very professional in handling items . Very friendly.
Last minute run in to drop off laundry for same day service. The lady working there (sorry I didn't get her name) already had several loads for the day and said it wouldn't be ready for EOB same day. When my husband and I talked about what we would do instead since we had a morning flight she offered to go ahead and fit it in for us. Thank goodness! We have over 24 hours of traveling ahead toget home and now I don't need to worry about stinky luggage or doing laundry as soon as I get home! Thanks!
Overpriced. Needed a brand new dress streamed just so the wrinkles fell out. Owner wanted to charge $44. I would've paid $30, as the drycleaner stateside charges $10. But there was no price list and I felt like the owner picked an arbitrary price out of their head.
Got my clothes washed by Alli Dry Cleaners before our departure back home and my beloved white linen short is now more of a yellowish color. Unfortunately I figured thos out after we left and this is why I couldn’t couldn‘t complain in person.
