Literally the most incredible work! We dropped off an extremely trashed wedding dress and wedding suit (literally we dropped it off and they said “oh wow”!) and we got it back within a few days and it looked like the day we bought them!!! SO incredible!

They want almost $8.00 just to launder and iron a short sleeve shirt! Ridiculous!
$3 a pound for Wash and Fold feels like a lot unless you're only option is it expensive hotel, at which point in time same day Wash and Fold is a gift. We also dropped off some shirts and pants for them to dry clean which they did no problem don't miss the 20% coupon for first time customers on their website.
This place is awful!! I would give them no stars if it was an option. We dropped of over 20lbs of laundry for wash and fold so we could save time when we got back home. When we got back to our room to put it away, there was animal hair all over everything!! We called the cleaners and they offered to refund our $67 USD. They called back 10 minutes later and were told the owner will not refund our money. The owner didn't even have the decency to talk to us!! They said that their sign says they are not responsible for lost or damaged clothing. This was their fault, their machines had this animal hair! The clothes were neither lost nor damaged, they simply were not cleaned. This business deserves zero stars! Now not only are we out $67 dollars, but we have to wash all of our clothes when we get back since we put the dirty pet hair clothes with our clean clothes!!
