Happy Valley Laundromat

Nice location, clean. Change machine available. Big screen TV made it nice to watch some NFL football on a Sunday morning laundry run. Also another area with TV designated for kids. Vending machines for food and snack available. Lots of places to sit and fold clothes. A bench table allowed me to work withon my laptop while I waited. All in all a pleasant place to do laundry. I would give 5 stars, but the first washer ate 2 of my quarters.

I have used Happy Valley laundry machines 3 times between 2020-2021, and 2 out of 3 times (66.7%) the machines took my quarters, but would not work. Customer Service are friendly, but ineffective for returning my money and getting the machines to work in a timely manner. This incident, I placed 3 phone calls (first call was answered and I was told someone would be dispatched in an hour, then after no one showed 2 hours later, 2 calls were made an hour apart, but no one answered and left 2 VM that are still not returned), I have been waiting over 3 hours (and continue to wait) for someone to call me to come service the machine that has my money, will not release the quarters, and will not turn on.nnUnfortunately for Happy Valley, based on their track record and lack of timely response, my family will no longer be using their laundry services.

Love this place don't want to go anywhere else. I fully recommend this place to family, friends and anybody ud83eudd19

It's a ok place usually got a lot of people it should be open 24 hrs to better serve the community

Incredibly rude owner. Also noone is wiping the touch points or anything at all to disinfect. I rarely use this laundry mat & everytime I am sitting quietly minding my business & the owner approaches with a rude comment. Perhaps he should take that energy & clean the filthy establishment. The 2 stars are only because they exist. No wonder its empty of people & all other laundry mats in the area are full.
