Zero stars! This place has lost my paperwork twice. They told me I had to start over 4 months ago. Fine, I submitted everything again and waited 2 months for them to make an appointment for an intake interview. They requested a couple more documents. I sent them everything a couple days later, and then a week later I received a letter stating they never received my documents. Are you kidding me?! What a total cluster this office is, and people are relying on social services and benefits from these people? Horrible, awful, and appalling in every way. I've called every day and left messages, I've emailed, and no one will call/email me back. Worst service ever.

When my work was shut down because of COVID and I had no food or income for my family, the employees of the EBT office processed my application as fast as they could and I was able to feed my daughter. I know the system is not perfect but they do their best and I appreciate them!

They're not picking up, no lines are picking up. And I have an appointment rn. Even attempted reaching out to the administrators and sending emails. No response.

Worst customer service. They act like we are disturbing them. So slow. The girl in the front said I can come back another day to pick up my card. I'm just picking it up. They treat you like you are below them. Just because you work for the state doesn't mean you are better than anyone else. Rude as hell front desk!

Waiting all day to get a interviewed for SNAP. I ran out of quarters and got a parking ticket. I never got interviewed. They gave me a express pass for the next business day. It's been two hours and I'm still waiting again to get interviewed.
