Ulua Beach

Very nice small beach for an evening sunset and poke on the beach.

Ulua Beach is super nice .

Singlehandedly the BEST snorkeling I have EVER experienced. The reef is amazing!

One of the best snorkeling spots on Maui, we liked it a lot more than poplar places like Black Rock. You don’t even need to swim far into the water to see lots of fish. Colorful and vibrant reef compared to others where the corals are mostly gone. You can swim around to the other beach, it’s a pretty large reef to explore if you’re a strong swimmer, but also suitable for beginners if you stay near the beach. We saw a huge turtle further out from the reef and swam with it for a while. Beach has lots of shade from the trees.
