Best Western Pioneer Inn

I loved the location. Specially if you want to catch a boat to Lanai. Try the breakfast at least once. Rooms are a little small since it is a historic place. Also love Alex the parrot, always chirping at the front.

Great hotel right on front street. It has a true historic vibe which we loved. Our room was right on front street and was great for people watching.

The Pioneer Inn is an iconic part of Lahaina Maui. I stayed there 35 years ago and it is still a wonderful spot. Located in the heart of town it's wonderful place and the balconies are a great place to hang

Location is excellent. Charm abounds. Big lanais, good for people watching or relaxing across from the banyan tree. Rooms are good size. A/C works well if a little noisy. Cute pool and courtyard too, and restaurant has a good breakfast and happy hour. This is not a luxurious generic resort - it's fun and it's reasonably priced. And staff including the manager are very helpful and have a lot of aloha.

Really personable staff. Cant beat the price for the location -possible to walk to anywhere from here as well as being directly across the street from a main bus hub. Comfort and cleanliness at a reasonable cost for Maui.
