I can't recommend this hotel enough! We went on our honeymoon. It was AMAZING. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and celebrate our honeymoon! Local musicians played outdoors every night near the bar and they were wonderful! The location was perfect - walking distance to Whaler's and to Black Rock, we swam and lounged on the beach every day. And this hotel was so affordable. I can't wait to go back! Now that we have kids I really hope to bring our kids there - They have free classes and activities for families, it's sonfamily friendly!

We stayed for a couple of nights in January 2021, and while there was construction going on it didn't affect our stay. We were in one of the older rooms, but it was enough for what we needed and so close to Ka'anapali Beach. The hotel is in the perfect location, about half way between Black Rock and Whaler's Village.nnWe ate at the restaurant one evening and enjoyed the food, drinks, service, and the live music. Everything fresh and tasty! The small ceremony upon leaving was beautiful, and though we still had more time on the island my wife and I both got emotional. We're excited to go back when updates are finished and they resume their activities!

We stayed in a few different Hotels during our trip to Hawaii but none offered the charm and feel that Ka'anapali Beach Hotel did. The grounds are immaculately kept and the service and staff is second to none. We opted to have the included breakfast package with our stay and it was definitely worth the added cost. The food was great and was changed up daily. Will definitely plan to stay here again if we ever get back to Hawaii.

Overall had a good stay BUT our room wasn't ready by check-in time, there wasn't any coffee or creams/sugars in our room and when we did receive packages with creamer/sugar/straw they were open. Also, the food & drinks anywhere on the hotel property are significantly over priced.nStaff is nice and having a patio area was a neat feature!

The staff was friendly enough, location was great, price was goodnnThe rest wasn't recommendable - we were told upon check in that the room we had booked and paid for (premium/updated room) wasn't available. If we knew this ahead of time we would have stayed at another hotel because of how outdated and old the rest of the hotel is, truly stepping into the past especially when you see the rest of the hotels on Kaanapali Beach.nnConstruction everywhere, bed was uncomfortable, could hear the people above us jumping around pretty clearly, etcnnWould not stay here again
