Our tour guide was Glenn. He was by far the best tour guide we have ever had. He made sure that there was something for everyone in the family to enjoy and made it a point to make each one of us feel special. He was extremely knowledgeable, attentive and genuine. The road to Hana is a 12 hour day and to have had Glenn as our tour guide was the most memorable day off our trip. He was hands down the best and would definitely recommend requesting him as your tour guide.

The tour on the road to Hana is awesome. Charleston is such a wonderfully informative and knowledgeable guide.nKept us all superbly engaged. And he is very helpful too.

Definitely don’t waste your money. Some of the things in the itinerary were glorified and some we didn’t even do. The food provided was pretty bad and the bus driver wasn’t that great either. Overall pretty disappointed.

Wow! Such a wonderful experience. Charleston is so knowledgeable about Hawaiian history, culture and plantlife. If you’ve never done road to Hana before highly recommend the tour over renting a car on your own. We learned so much and saw a ton! Swam in a waterfall and got to try the best banana bread. Plus if you get tired you can just take a nap on the way back without having to worry about driving. Also very safe RE:COVID and road concerns. 100% would do again!!

Went on the Haleakala sunrise tour and it was arguably our favourite morning during the entire trip! Mike and Janelle were great guides, super informative and very entertaining. We got to the summit of Haleakala quite early and were freezing outside for over an hour (make sure to bundle up!), but it was well worth the wait as we had prime viewing position for an amazing sunrise. The breakfast was probably the best meal we had on the island, it tasted great! Would definitely recommend this tour, just make sure to dress for the freezing temperatures (bring mittens)!
