Maui Beach Hotel

It was just fine. We had to book a room for five hours due to Hawaii's little habit of offering the majority of outgoing flights at night but hotels requiring guest to check-out in the AM. This hotel was gracious enough to give us a break on the rate. We appreciate that and will remember for future reference.

This hotel is horrendous. The few upsides (comfy beds, close to the mall, nice staff) are VASTLY outweighed by the downsides, which include but are certainly not limited to: The resort photos are misleading, the whole place is dingy, the decor is dated, the door to the bathroom is slotted so you can hear EVERYTHING, the bathroom counter is too low, you have to bend over quite a bit to use it, there are A LOT of ants, the curtain in front of the window was one huge curtain instead of two to split so you have half the window covered at all times, didn't get coffee in our room because the pot was crusty, the dinner at the hotel is ABYSMAL, it made us sick, the highway is too loud, there are like two outlets in the whole room, the key cards go bad constantly. If you need a room to sleep in, and that is all, this is the place for you, however, if you enjoy any of the basic amenities afforded to you by any decent hotel, I urge you to consider any other lodging on this island.

I had a great experience at this hotel with the staff, room and everything.. I look for evidence of the negative reviews simply did not see it.. the front desk person was very kind and helpful... It's a great location..

Equal to Motel 6 quality. Definitely not the place for you if you're looking for a beach front beautiful Maui getaway. But if you're in town for business or a short stopover this place will do. Its close proximity to the airport is a plus.

Just soooo relaxing. I will definitely come back. The girls at time of registration to checking in to checking out was SUPERIOR. Great job.
