My car had been making a creaking noise when turning and when the noise started to get worse I asked Pacific Motor Works to assess it for me. I was able to bring my car in to them quickly and when they diagnosed the problem they got the parts in and completed the repairs the next day. I appreciate having local mechanics Upcountry I feel like I can trust. Thanks to Brian for his time and for explaining the parts and processes to me!

10/10 in every categorynI have a 2010 Mercedes Benz and it had a rattling every time it started up and heavy heavy vibrations throughout the car once I got up to 40 50 MPH... I thought I was in serious trouble, turns out the new Mercedes specialist Peter, diagnosis's that it was only the mounts. The engine mounts and transmission mount were flattened and I needed new ones. He not only solved the problem that day, he also gave me tips about the car and things to be aware of later down the road as far as maintenance and upkeep. Very professional, Calm and skilled, I know he cares about his work and I'll be coming back when necessary. The manager Brian at the front desk took very good care of me too, had great customer service. I did some calling around and they had the best price. heard great things about this company from coworkers and friends and I'm happy to have had the experience I did. Fixed my Jeep and Cleaned it too!nnI came in for squeaking rear brakes and an engine light for some misfires. Brian was an exceptional mechanic that went above and beyond in customer service! He answered all of my questions so I could better understand how my vehicle works, provided suggestions on what future fixes I should prioritize compared to others, and even checked my fluids, tire air pressure, and cleaned off the back window when he noticed it was really muddy! It's the little details like this that make this shop the only one I'll go to on the island when my Jeep needs work. Whenever I come here, I know I'm in good hands and going to be treated well. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an upcountry auto shop.

I had the rotors and break pads replaced to my 2016 VW Tiguan recently and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and genuine care these guys give! Paul really took his time explaining the difference between certain parts and what to expect as far as future repairs for my type of vehicle. You can tell that he truly loves what he does for a living and enjoys sharing his knowledge! His dog Gigi will keep you plenty company while you wait or there is an awesome bakery across the street! Didn’t think I’d ever say this about a repair garage, but I’m actually excited to come back for my next tune up!
