The Lodge Apartments

We just moved here about a week ago and everything has been great. Everyone at the front office is very nice and helpful. Kaylee Graham was the main point of contact for me throughout the whole process from just inquiring to moving in. She has been nothing short of amazing and extremely helpful. The apartment is awesome, spacious and looked great when we moved in. Everything works great and we haven't had any issues. Its a great place to live. Thank you again Kaylee!

The staff and management are very caring and super friendly and very helpful (even with me not being a tenant). The apartments are very nice and the pricing is average (unfortunately) for the area and state in general. I genuinely appreciate the attitude of the help however. The communal areas are clean, and well kept. The bathrooms are spotless and the whole of the apartments are very clean and well managed. If I could, I would live here.

The management team at the lodge apartments are welcoming, efficient and helpful! They have always been able to help with our requests and just been a joy to work with. We lived here for more than 4 years and we loved it! The apartments are new which is a plus and there are convenient amenities close by. However, the management and maintenance team made it comforting to know that they got our back if we need anything. We definitely recommend living here for anyone who are looking for apartments in this area.

MILITARY PERSONNEL BEWAREnnThought this was a decent place to live I was the first in my unit since these are really new buildings. I signed a 7 month lease the rent is high for the amount of space, example I was paying $1350 for 1b 1 bath that was around maybe 700sqft which is smaller than anywhere I ever lived coming from the Midwest. After I moved out I get calls from collection many months later stating that I owe over $600 in cleaning and painting which is outrageous. The Lodge said I never gave them a forwarding address and I know I did, they won't call or email you, you'll just get sent straight to collections. I've been fighting with them to get the corporate number and they still haven't given it to me. This place looks nice but they do some slick and shady things once you move out and I have no choice but to get Army JAG involved. I rather not have this headache with a deployment coming up but I do, doubt I'll ever rent here again!

The Lodge is the best place to live!! Landscape is impeccable and parking lot is kept clean. Jasmine and her team really care about making your move in experience less stressful, we came from out of town and were so nervous!nnI couldn’t recommend living here enough, seriously the best!
