Wife got home from running errands to find our hallway completely flooded. The toilet was just continually over flowing. A technician came out right away. I was informed the fill valve was broken (That’s why it kept running)and something that wasn’t septic friendly was flushed down the toilet (explaining the clog) . They spent an hour trying to get whatever was in it out. Ended up being a way bigger fight with that toilet than expected. They were unable to clear what was clogging the toilet. They offered me many different options before having my toilet replaced.When they left my whole bathroom floor was spotless and the bathroom smelt of citrus. Was definitely a nice clean experience. Would definitely call again.
