Nicole just covers all of the bases. She manages aspects of home buying and selling you're not even aware of. We had such a great experience working with her to sell our home that we wanted to work with her on two other transactions, including buying our dream home! Nicole was instrumental in negotiating with the sellers on our new home. We strongly believe it is because of her professionalism and expertise that the sellers chose us. She is thorough, efficient, a great communicator and so good at what she does. She doesn't miss a beat. She has so much experience and we would recommend her to anyone we know.

We were moving here from NJ and of course, did not know anyone. Choosing a great realtor was crucial as we were hoping to find a new home from 3000 miles away. A family friend did some research and sent us Nicole's name. After some correspondence my wife hopped on an airplane to find us a new home. The first thing that impressed me about Nicole is she offered to pick my wife up from the airport and bring her to her hotel. They spent the next three days looking at listings but to no avail. Nicole was very patient and worked diligently to help my wife find just the right house (no easy task). Over the next 6 months we put offers on three different homes. The first two did not go through based on the home inspections. Nicole was undaunted and pressed into the search. Finally, the third time was the charm and we moved just over a month ago. Nicole does a great job blending her knowledge with empathy. She's well connected and offered some great referrals for home inspectors, movers and roofers. We would definitely use her again.

Nicole was referred to us this spring, we had an older home (1959) from my mothers estate to sell in Oregon City. I live in Washington and had no idea what this would entail. We met Nicole at the house and hired her on the spot. Best decision we made! She was very knowledgeable of the area, had great ideas, knew the county/state laws and she moved quickly to get the job done.
