So, I was in a bind. We had listed our home in Fruitland and departed the area for our Oregon coast home. My wife had worked very hard cleaning the carpet in the downstairs bedroom, especially one stubborn stain area.nnOur realtor showed up with following day to place the sign in the yard and check the house. She called to let us know the downstairs carpet had a damp, musty and unpleasant smell. We were 8 hours away. Ugh. The home had already been shown twice and was scheduled again that evening. We were potentially losing out a real estate deal!nnI called a couple carpet cleaners and explained my predicament. This was late on Friday afternoon. They couldn't help me until Monday at the earliest. That is, until I spoke with Orin at Koehn Quality Carpet Care. He quoted an amazing price, then shot right over to my house, cleaned the carpet, applied deodorizer and left a fan to dry the room. He followed up with me on the phone to tell me what he had done and offered a money-back guarantee and/or return trips if we weren't satisfied.nnI was blown away by the service commitment. Orin knows how to take care of people. The guy is a pro and you should make Koehn Quality Carpet Care your first call when you need your carpets cleaned!!
