We came home from vacation to a flooded home on a Holiday weekend. We called Jim and within an hour he was there cleaning up our mess. He did what he could late into the night, set up what equipment that he could and then was back the next morning with his crew to finish the job. He set up his equipment and thoroughly inspected the damaged areas. He came out and met the insurance adjuster and helped us through the process. I highly recommend them. They made a very stressful situation less stressful. They were priced fairly, responded timely, were respectful of my house and property and communicated very easily.
