(sorry for the absence of photo's, but there just isn't much to be shown)nDuct cleaning services with credible high rated reviews are difficult to locate in the Treasure Valley, especially that service rural areas.nWe recently completed home remodeling projects. Flooring and drywall remnants found their way down into our floor ducting which was beyond sight of our contractor, during cleanup. (primarily in the bathrooms, dining, and kitchen areas) With the AC unit running, it became apparent by the continued presence of particle board and sheetrock particles everwhere, we needed help.nAfter exercising due diligence in my research, (including, BBB references, Angies Listings, and other referral services), I called a couple of businesses. Some provided voicemail options, but didn't return my call.nFinally, I contacted the company who installed my Hybrid-Heat Pump system in 2013, for a referral. (if they had no issues with the referral's practices and services, I was satisfied)nSo I called on Freedom Cleaning Services, Inc. They're located in Parma, Idaho, I'm located in southern Marsing, and within their service area. Freedom provided me with available appointment options, and an estimated cost to clean 24 registers and 3 return vents. Their procedure DID NOT require cutting access holes in my HVAC components or ducting system, (eliminating the potential for system damage, reported in research reviews of other similar service related companies).nI have very little knowledge related to HVAC systems, and the access requirements to perform the duct cleaning service on any other system, but the one in our home, which is only 5 years old. However, the company that I purchased our system from, who also installed it, recommended Freedom to us, and we are VERY pleased with this businesses service and personnel.nHere is why we recommend Freedom and gave them the highest rating possible:nFreedom provided flexible scheduling arrangements;nFreedom personnel arrived on time as scheduled, in a clearly marked service vehicle;nFreedom personnel were professional and courteous;nFreedom personnel were equipped with floor protective shoe coverings;nFreedom personnel were equipped with temporary wall corner devices that prevented potential damage from wall corner contact with their vacuum hoses;nFreedom personnel were conscientious, careful, and efficient;nFreedom's final cost for service was below the estimated charge.nnGive them a call, you'll be glad you did!!!nnJerry
