This company was great! We had water spraying against a wall behind the furnace piping in our garage. We called them in a frenzy and they were able to get a repairman to us within under a 2hr span. The other place we had spoke to couldn’t send anyone for 2 more days. Thank goodness Mr Rooter was able to help us out. Thanks for the quick response and quick repairs. Excellent service!

We had a septic pump go out. Our technician Bo came out right away and was able to diagnose the problem and went to three local suppliers to find the right replacement pump but everyone was out of stock. The supplier put in an overnight UPS order for a pump expected the next day. Bo went to the supplier the next day and stayed at the supplier till UPS showed up. Unfortunately, the supplier forgot to ship the pump. Bo went out of his way to find another pump somewhere else and finally was able to acquire one. He came back and installed it that afternoon. Not only was he beyond dedicated to complete the job but he was extremely professional. We’re refreshed to see a company like this truly concerned for their customers.

Great service from my initial phone call to the plumber coming out to my house. I had an issue with my mainline being clogged and they were able to come out the next morning for service. The drain was cleared and they were able to use a snake with a camera and discovered tree roots in my pipes. This is a repair that will be doing ourselves, but he was able to tell me exactly where the problem is so it should be a lot easier to fix. Very professional and upfront with pricing which I thought was very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them in the future if need be.

We had a leaking toilet and Mr Rooter sent a plumber out the same day we requested service. First plumber got the leak stopped for awhile. Later it started leaking again. The next day a different plumber came and repaired the toilet again. So far the repair held. Both plumbers were professional people. The second plumber had more experience and was more thorough. We are very satisfied with the work.

Great service and professional all the way. Dug up sewer in front yard took out old pipe and put in new. Our yard looks untouched! He put back the sod neat as can be. James is very knowledgeable, diligent and thorough. We called late on a Sunday after our sewer backed into the house and James came out within the hour, figured out the issue, and came back on Monday to finish.
