We had an emergency today with our vacation home. Our housekeeping service found the kitchen drain completely clogged, and guests were due to arrive within an hour. Donovan went over immediately and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in no time. He called to let me know he had finished, but also noticed that our disposal was starting to rust out on the bottom and he would be happy to swap that out while he was there. He had that done soon enough and we are now back in business. Terrific service and great communication. Naturally, we paid the emergency rates on a Sunday evening, which were reasonable. I would definitely hire Hukills's again. Very happy.
I was very pleased with my experience with them today. They were fast, thorough, and have fair rates. The communication was also very good. Hopefully I don’t need a plumber again soon, but if I do I will call Hukill’s.
Had the main water valve on my house fail. Donovan came out, on an emergency after hours call, and had an entirely new one installed in less than 20 minutes.nThis was after contacting another plumber who's only advice was to shut off the breaker to my pump until he could get someone to me...3 days in the future...nI can't express my gratitude for Hukills and Donovan enough. Thank you so much for your quick service and professional attitude!
Donovan and Sam were professional, friendly and completed the work in under an hour. Bonus! They unclogged our sink drain for a small fee, which wasn't part of our work order. Highly recommend!
If you need an expert plumber with impeccable customer service, call Donovan at Hukill’s. We needed an emergency call on a Sat night. Donovan asked all the right questions on the phone then came right over. When he arrived, he got right to work, solved our issue and left the area cleaner than he found it. Plus, he was a super nice, friendly guy. We couldn’t have been more pleased.
