Bryce came by earlier than anticipated and I met him to assess my water heater. He diagnosed and saw that the heating elements were fried and offered to replace them and the thermostat at the same time so we had all new parts! In an out in an hour! Very helpful and professional! Discovered active leak below toilet shut off valve. Called Severson, Robert answered. Said they are booked over a week out; but he said that he would do his best to get a crew member out to our house. Thirty minutes later he called and said Conrad was on his way. Conrad has many years experience, very professional and polite. The valve, which is less than 5 years old, it had a crack and he replaced with a new valve.nWhat a terrific company.
