Our household has been taking our dry cleaning needs to Jay and it has been a great experience doing business with him. From my wedding dress to our comforters, nothing but quality work.
Had a spot on a suit pant. Came back with a spot five times larger. After some time, took the pant back. Owner didn't recognize me or try to make it right. Expected me to pay again or go through his receipts to prove that I was a paying customer. I indicated that I would not be returning and that he would get a negative review. Whereupon he told me to get out. Hence, the negative review. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Ruined all three of my best suits. They burnt holes in them.
The customer service was nice and friendly and cleaning was at a reasonable cost! They got my items cleaned within a good time period and also their alterations were really nice.
