They scheduled the appointment for the next day while on the phone, instead of days or weeks later. He only spent 3 hours on my whole house and couch. Which is 4 rooms, 2 stair cases, and a hallway. Very speedy. Great quality work I have carpets again in my rental property. They are my forever carpet cleaners.
If Alan's business reflects his generosity you are in good hands! Since I live on the other end of the state I can't say that I have had the pleasure of him cleaning my floors. However, Alan and his family were out camping and I literally wandered into their camp asking for help because my wife had a little mishap with her gear while we were backpacking. We needed to get to where we could make a phone call and without hesitation he took me down the road and the rest of his family went and found my wife. They were so generous with their time and I'm sure they run their business with the same amount of integrity. What an amazing family!
