Surf Thru Express Car Wash

I have been coming to this car wash since they opened and I believe that 5 stars would be valid if they were consistent in the wash quality. I have noticed varying degrees of quality in the wash prep and tunnel. The equipment calibrations changed after the first year and the wash quality went down dramatically. Prep personnel are all over the place never really doing completely consistent vehicle prep prior to entering the tunnel. This inconsistent customer care is aggravating when it is so easy to do correctly. I’d give 5 stars otherwise.nnUpdate 08/03/18 got my car washed on the way to work then stopped in for a re wash because my car did not get washed correctly. Bugs stuck to the front. I stopped in and pointed out it was not cleaned or prepped properly and asked very nicely for a re-wash I got nothing not a discount offer not a hey I’m sorry just we don’t do that if you leave the premises. I understand this policy but this was clearly a poor wash job I didn’t expect anything for free but it least an apology and an acknowledgment that they did not do the job correctly on the prep side. So like I said before their prep guys are half asleep, and too busy yukking it up not paying attention. I’ve been here since opening once a week and sometimes twice. Customer care is not up to par.nn04/19/2019nnUpdate Changing my rating to 2 stars. After a number of years loyally using this car wash I will be moving on. I am going to terminate my unlimited wash plan and will shortly cease spending money here and go elsewhere. To put it clearly the place just plain sucks now. They continue to ratchet down the tunnel and your car doesn’t get soap, wax or rinsing unit your vehicle is two feet into each sector. In doing this they are saving costs at the expense of their customers. Prep line employees are poorly trained and very often disengaged. Sad sad sad situation for such a nice facility. Shame on you management for letting your standards decline hoping nobody would notice.

A cover all bases car wash

The service was very good and all of the equipment was functioning and everything looked pretty new. The attendants scrubbing the car as you enter the wash was something Mr. Car wash doesn't do. The 3 star rating is due to three things, car was not rinsed completely, the blackish tire shine stuff was all over wheels and did not shine tires and biggest issue was the dryer. I basically had to dry the entire car by hand and there were still several areas that ended up water spotted. Dryer may work better on other car types, I have a med to large sedan. Will give 1 more shot and update review.

Customer service is great, iv come here for a couple years now with no complaints until now, only thing I can suggest is when the guys wash your window before you enter the car wash they should really make sure they get It clean, iv been twice in s month and same spots still on my windshield. Also vacuums don't work nearly as well as they used to

I love the choices i opted for the ultimate with the monthly package its 29 a month (first month 13) but you get unlimited car washes which is perfect for someone who lives on a dirt road, i just pop in on my way to town and my car is sparkling clean and ready for the day.nWould have been 5 stars but when i went thru some of the spinning brushes were not on and i noticed a few spots on the roof did not get clean.
